Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Coded Femme order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem.

Physical artwork

Art prints and canvases are produced to order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may have cancellation and return rights depending on their location and applicable consumer law. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition unless the item was faulty or damaged when received.

Original shipping costs, where applicable, may not be refundable unless required by law.

Digital products

Digital guides and downloadable products cannot normally be returned once they have been accessed or downloaded. Refunds for digital products will therefore not usually be offered after access has been provided, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the file is defective or inaccessible.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel a physical order, contact us as soon as possible. Because physical products are sent into production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
